The Best Falafel Sandwich in New York City

The falafel sandwich is slowly evolving into its own in NYC. Just like every middle eastern nation has its own type of falafel sandwich. But nothing is better than those found in Egypt, Turkey & Lebanon. Nontheless, its still a glorified food, uncomparable to other more traditional arab cuisines like Kabsa, Maglubah, Kufta, Kibbeh, Sambusa... tell me where I can find those foods in new york and I will be your best friend :)

Kanfeh, Knafah in NY

The best knafah in NYC is on 67th street & 5th ave bay ridge called "Nablus Sweets" (Nablus is the place in palestine this dessert was invented)...

Its as authentic as you'll get it, introduced to me by my palestinian friend. They have 3 different kinds, all are worth the trip...they also have a place in patterson (same owners)...hope that helps!
