I would want to meet Anthony Bourdain. He has an honesty and swagger that is sexy and cerebral. His books have given me hours of happiness when the rest of the world was doing its best to make me into something I am not. When he meets his brother in France to try and re-create his youth screams to me my fave twilight zone...within walking distance...you can't go home again. But foods and smells and people can take you there for a brief moment in ones mind.
