For as long as I can remember, I have always loved my mom's lemper ayam --- Indonesian rolls of sticky rice with chicken in the middle.

I make my 3 layer Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. I bake a lot, but this is probably my best creation!

Low-Calorie Ice Cream Favorites

Though I never doubted the calorie counts of margaritas/daquiris, the thought of having 2 or 3 (3000+ calories) kinda puts a damper on my Friday night happy hour plans.

Skinny cow has gotta be my favorite as well.

Cook the Book: The Oprah Magazine Cookbook

I'd have to pick Oprah - she's such a force of nature and like it or not, has a huge impact on our society (think book club!). I think she's been around enough cooks that she'd be able to pick out something delicious.

Cook the Book: Wine Bar Food

On Friday evenings during spring and summer, family members and friends get together and have drinks and appetizers on our patio. My SIl brings the champagne to drink and everyone contributes to the meal. Always a wonderful time.
