Where in Chicago can I find a Portuguese restaurant and I don't mean a Brazilian steak house or tapas or places that just serve Portuguese sausages. I'm looking for a place that serves a traditional Portuguese dishes like cod with cream or francesinha.

Anyone know of a good pepper & egg? I've had the one at Al's Beef and at Fontano's in the loop and so far Fontano's is on top. The Al's Beef pepper & egg's eggs seem to have a grainy-ness to it while Fontano's had nice solid chunks of egg. Also, has anyone ever have a little marinara on top of a pepper & egg?
