research project on favorite restaurant dishes

i am a culinary student and am looking for some help... we are supposed to imitate a popular dish at a restaurant that is often requested by the eating public. so first, you have to have a restaurant, then a dish that is so damn good you want to know how to cook it and they won't tell you the recipe....then i have to go eat there and try to figure it out for my class project.... so i am looking for a lot of suggestions from foodies around the denver area... the recipe that gets the most requests is the one i am supposed to use...
