LOVE the idea of a stuffed cornish hen so I think we will be trying that out..if anyone has a great recipe feel free to post! :)

I like the idea of cornish game hens or just doing Turkey legs.
I have a full size kitchen and equipment for roasting or grilling outside (I'm in Florida so it is still warm here), but not frying.

Thanksgiving for two?

I am a first year law-student and Thanksgiving falls right in the middle of crunch time for exams...soo I won't be able to make it home for the first time since I can remember. My boyfriend is coming to stay with me so that I won't be alone for the holiday and I am going to attempt to make a Thanksgiving meal for two. At home, I usually make sides/dessert but have never tackled a turkey.

Any tips on turkey preparation/dishes that would be easy AND won't leave us with a ridiculous amount of leftovers?
