I, too, have a hankering for the Silver Palate Cornbread-Sausage Stuffing recipe. I have spent the better part of the day online looking for one that was "just so." And after all that (and the online prompting), I had the cookbook all along. I feel like Dorothy in the "Wizard of Oz."

Hmm--given that I have pie on the brain because I have to bake at least 4 for various Thanksgiving dinners I'm going to (my family's, the in-laws' and a friend's), I'd say Dorie's sour cream pumpkin pie, because I have yet to come across a bad recipe from her. (Cook's Illustrated is usually a good bet, too, but I just can't see myself straining cooked yams given the time constraints.)
