Reality Check: The Bacon 'N Beef Cheeseburger at IHOP

We hand grind bacon and beef burgers at our restaurant. We use local Petit Jean bacon and for the beef we grind up flank steak to prevent superfluous fattiness. Well balanced and pretty darn good.
