The most memorable meal my mother ever prepared for me was Sunday brunch with blueberry pancakes, french toast, canadian bacon, and hash browns.
I make paella. It is extremely time intensive, but definitely worth it!

Ooohh...that's easy.... Godiva's rasberry filled chocolates, glass of champagne (okay, two glasses) and a long hot bath. Heaven.
On Friday evenings during spring and summer, family members and friends get together and have drinks and appetizers on our patio. My SIl brings the champagne to drink and everyone contributes to the meal. Always a wonderful time.
