Sneak Preview: Handsome Coffee Roasters, Los Angeles
I ordered a bag of their San Antonio Huista last november.
I used it in my french press, I was unimpressed. the beans didn't look evenly roasted and the flavor wasn't interesting at all.
since I'm not much of a coffee snob I assume I'm doing it wrong.

Benton's Bacon from the Zingerman's Deli has changed my life, numerous times.
My greatest pork memory, though, was the pork chop I had at Lolita, outside of cleveland. It was the most amazing hunk of porky butter. It seriously felt like I was eating delicious pork-flavored butter. incredible.
