Is there an adjustment to the recipe if using active dry yeast vs. instant yeast? Or is the suggestion to go out and buy instant yeast? Thanks for the recipe!

Recommendations for pizza joints in Rome or Naples?

Huge fan of the slice and quiet lurker of the site since 2008. I am heading to Italy (Rome and Naples) for the first time in a couple weeks and would be interested in hearing any recommendations on visiting great Pizza restaurants that fellow slicers have enjoyed. I also hope to pick up a few additional tricks during my visit.
