Original Iron Chef
Are these new episodes? Have they been aired before in the U.S.?
Honestly, I can't pick just one favorite -- matzoh ball soup, bagels, latkes, cured fish, I love it all.
Milk chocolate, all the way. I like the creamy sweetness.
Everett and Jones in Oakland, CA. Or Memphis Minnie's in San Francisco, CA.
We've tried to make Martha's mushroom risotto from an older cookbook, but it has a typo. Her beef brisket recipe always wins rave reviews from our guests. And Martha's banana bread is an old standby.
I love most cheeses. My favorite day-to-day cheese is Monterey jack. In salads, I like goat cheese, feta, blue cheese, or even gorgonzola. Gruyere on top of onion soup.
Pliant and flexible, with a tiny bit of crispness. I like to taste the juices and have chewy meat.
Milk chocolate, all the way. I sometimes worry that this makes me an unsophisticated chocolate lover, but so be it -- I like the sweetness.
Pliant, please! A little crispy on the edges is okay, but I'm definitely not one of those people who wants their bacon to crackle and crumble when they bite into it. Must be somewhat floppy.
Thanks. I watched tonight. The Chariman's wardrobe selection did not disappoint. The key ingredient was mango. I really missed the show after it went off FN.
They have 85 episodes listed on their website. They are all episodes that previously aired on Food Network.
Thanks for participating and congratulations to our winners!
