Mr Nick. Perused your burger commentary today.. Good reading. I'm always out to find the "best of" in food categories as well. I'd like to know if you've tried any burgers from a Brazilian lanchonete? if you have the chance, your palate will reward you.. Any brazilian bakery should do, they consistently serve great burgers whose topping may perplex you, yet the ingredients and technique merge in a ballet of flavours, which will trigger the electrons in your brain, lol..
