Thumbprint cookies - we only make them at Christmas, and they're rolled in chopped walnuts and filled with raspberry jam. So little, you don't feel guilty after eating a dozen :)

Cereal, risotto with whatever veggies are around, pasta with jarred pasta sauce and whatever veggies I have - quick things, with a lot of starch.
