Guaresmalle--the very hard, very Italian hazelnut biscotti that Veniero's features during it's Christmastime dessert extravaganza. (They curtain off the main section of the bakery and just sell Italian desserts for a "Buono Natale!" The Regina cookies are my second favorite.
I add some cilantro and ground cumin to the vinaigrette and whirr it up in the blender. This adds a great flavor to the salad.
Just found this recipe and it sounds really good, but how do you get "cooked black beans"? I bake my beans long and slow, in the Boston style. Can you help?

Tiramisu is the hands-down winner for me! :D
Cannoli are number one for decadence but I also like pizzelle for a treat with coffee.
