Cadbury's does a chocolate pringle tube (I think they're called.... Snaps? They've been out in the UK for quite a while. Also, the 'Look' sweet seems to basically be a flat/circulat Twix. The packaging seems similar as well, is iot made by the same company? Or just a imitation by another company?

Vegetarians, How Do You Do Thanksgiving?

Stuffed roasted vegetables (squash/pumpkin/aubergine) make a good main, especially if you can include some kind of protein (beans maybe?) as part of the stuffing.

Seriously Asian: Caramel Sauce

How viscous is this sauce meant to be once it's finished? Mine looked like your picture when I cooled it, but once I added the water and mixed it went very thin. Now that it's cooling it's getting a little thicker (it coats a spoon no problem) but it's still somehow thinner than I was imagining? Is that right?

Dinner Tonight: Leek and Cheese Pie

I too was thinking more of a quiche when you were describing it, so I would experiment a bit. A leek and cheese quiche recipe (like the one on this site) seems like it would fit what you were going for a bit more.
