I live in a little town, Picayune, Ms. There are only two BBQ places in this town. Both of them suck, so I mainly cook my own BBQ. I love to BBQ with Pecan wood. By the way the two BBQ places are Stonewalls and Fat Boys nether one match the BBQ in Texas.
