Transcendental Sake and Tofu at EN Japanese Brasserie

Yeah, I'm super happy that I work 2 blocks from EN. Their lunch menu is awesome. The crispy fried chicken or unadon just really hit the spot on an otherwise uneventful day.

Do you have a food project for 2010?

My project is to learn/do 365 food/cooking-related activities to help immerse me in all aspects of food, and not just the culinary arts. Whether it's mastering a technique, read a book about food sustainability, or follow/improve a recipe.
