Could we start to feed our own starving children in America?? There is an epidemic in the United States of our own citizens going hungry. Hey, let overseas governments pay OUR people to show them how to farm and grow food. Let our farmers make the money they so well deserve.

I like this article - the picture helps. I am reminded of my bartender days at my parents tavern in the small village of Chester, CT - where everybody knew your name. It was built in the 1800's. It was not really all that dark and my mother and step dad strove to keep it clean. It was your typical neighborhood tavern and to this day, there are many people that remember when my parents owned it, and the simple food that was served at lunch. Many of the patrons have passed and there are those of us among the living that laugh and have fond remembrances. Maybe you could bring the bar to life again - you never know.

If I were you (and depending on the spices on the chops): I would saute up some sweet onions until caramelized, add in some apple cider and chicken broth and simmer together. Then add in the chops and simmer on low heat to let the already cooked chops reabsorb some moisture. Serve over creamy mashed potato.
