Taste Test: Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Kind of gross, and I probably shouldn't eat it, but can't resist

Any kind of Totino's Crisp Crust pizza, nearly burned with a mountain of pre-shredded "cheese" on top. That's a single serving right?

Hormel Hot Tamales with cheese, eaten with tortilla chips and a spoon.

Ranch Style Beans with a load of preshredded cheese (see a pattern here?) melted in it along with a handful of Lil' Smokies sausages.

My current run is the big box of Hot Tamales cinnamon candy that you find in drug stores for $1 a box beside the Mike & Ikes and Raisinets. I can finish off an entire 6 oz box in one sitting, then the hypoglycemia kicks in and I need something else sugary. The neverending cycle.

Edible DIY: Paula Deen's Homemade Kit Kat Bars

I agree with @seriousb here. This is a poor excuse to use the Kit Kat name, and a double turn-off because it came from Deen.

I would, however, like to see a proper in-home reproduction of the real thing though.

@jkdrummer You're absolutely right. I just picked up several pounds of PNG Wahgi Peaberry to replace my dwindling supply. It's my favorite everyday coffee when roasted to Full City+ slightly into Vienna...Cheap and near perfect.

The BHG binder has been my standard for decades, but for classical and basic recipes and techniques, I really like The Professional Chef. It's big, pricey and you have to down-convert the recipes for smaller batches, but it's incomparable for learning to cook.
