Can anyone advise how to NOT incurr that greenish ring around the yoke of a boiled egg? its okay for deviled eggs but I would like to ensure that does not occur for presentation in other dishes. . .

How To Cook Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs

Faster version of oven hard boiled eggs in 30 minutes for mass hard boiled eggs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Eggs come in either cardboard or styrofoam containers. DO NOT USE STYROFOAM CONTAINER IN THE OVEN BECAUSE IT WILL MELT! Once oven is preheated cut off cardboard top of egg container and place container with eggs on rack. Additionally place a metal or ceramic cup of water on the rack, NOT ON THE EGGS. Bake for 30 minutes @ 350 and presto you have hard boiled eggs. I have done 4 dozen at a time with one cup of water for 30 mins and get the same results. May substitute muffin pan or cookie sheet if you don't have the cardboard container. Great for prepping eggs for Easter or other recipes which require many hard boiled eggs without cracking or splitting, Try it you'll like it.
