for fancy-ish, you can try Bar La Grassa and/or 112 eatery - owned by the same people.
also, Bradstreet Crafthouse in the Graves hotel is good for fun drinks and small dishes that you can make into meal.
for breakfast, i love the 49'ers Flapjacks at Original Pancake House (there are a few locations).
