My favorite toppings for hot dogs are the red pepper relish at Frankies, mixed with little green relish. Scrumptious! If I can't have the red pepper relish then I'll have corn relish with a little green pickle relish. Hmm, gotta go get a dog!

Sous-Vide Steaks

The Wal-Mart method, slow cooker, digital timer, and Food Saver bags, worked. My only problem happened transferring steak to frying pan for final sear. The juices made the oil flare up and caught fire shortly after being transfered. I'll sop up juices before transferring next time. Oops.
