I don't understand how you thought you could get 12 people served and fed in less than an hour. I can't even get 4 people served and fed in less than an hour in any good restaurant. I do realize that the server and manager may have led you to believe that this could be done, but common sense would tell you that at any good restaurant, you should not expect this. Yes, the server and restaurant was wrong, but only allowing yourself 2 hours for a party of 12 and then calling in late. You should have seen it coming.
