I have recently developed food allergies to onions and garlic, and who knows what else. My allergy test next week will conclusively prove this, but for now I am avoiding everything containing these ingredients.
So, I need ideas for flavorful, vegetarian recipes that don't use onions or garlic. Elephant garlic is also out. Thanks in advance for your creative ideas.
And yes, I realize the supreme irony of my serious eats username, created when onions and garlic were the start to everything I cooked.
