peanut butter, honey and bananas. sorghum syrup, which i first tried at an anarchist's pancake breakfast and finally found for sale at a farm stand in rural north carolina. i grew up dipping pancakes into syrup, but have converted to putting the syrup straight on them. My latest pancake creation was a stack with a swirl of real maple syrup, pear slices, cinnamon and powdered sugar. Beautiful and tasty. I eat pancakes a lot since that is one of my go-to empty pantry meals as a poor college student.
