Uses for Sumac? Know a good recipe?

I like putting a sprinkle of sumac on grilled vegetables or anything with a slightly smoky flavour that I would otherwise drizzle with lemon juice. (see http://www.onebitemore.com/2011/11/sour-smoky-grilled-cauliflower/)

It's also great on grilled fish :)
