Dinner Tonight: Kimchi Jigae (Kimchi Stew)

Oh, Kimchi stew with a tin of tuna is very common in Korea. It's perfect combination. I also do some tricks, stir fry kimchi with a bit of sesame oil first for about 3-4minutes then pour stock(or water). You will get the silky tasty kimchi with a hint of sesame flavour. yum!

Street Food in Taiwan: Pig's Blood Cake

Oh, and by the way, I didn't really know what is in it. but I saw many people was eating and a mid-aged guy was cheerfully greeting customers in the middle of street. So i gave it a go and it was very good-chewy and tasty!

Should Bagel Shops Charge For Toasting?

I get bagel from Starbucks or Dunkin, sinthe there are not many choices here and it better be toasted. Well, I like them anyway but I can't get over the thought that I wanna try not-toasted-but-taste-good-bagel.

Should Restaurants Be Allowed To Ban Laptops?

More cafes in Korea are promoting themselves with FREE wireless internet access and I love the idea as a laptop user!
As long as restaurants/cafes make banning sign clearly visible from outside, I have no issue about their rules. It's their business and customers can choose where to go~
