About: I am a budding cook and love the food of my Grandmother's country, Mexico. I want to learn more about Mexican cuisine and the cuisine from Central and South America.
Favorite foods: Mexican! But I do like Meditterranean and Middle Eastern foods as well.
Last bite on earth: I have always called this "My Death Row Meal" and despite loving mexican food, my last supper would be:
Fried Crappie with our homemade fish sauce and Fried Green Tomtotoes.
