Great Burger from Waterfront Ale House in New York City
Waterfront has always been my favorite watering hole, for their fine selection of seasonal taps. Their burgers are usually pretty good and hearty. Sometimes their special burgers like the bison or "Korean BBQ" burger are worth checking out for a change of pace. I'm a fan of their smoked chicken BBQ, with a pint of Victory HopDevil. Mmm mmm. This reminds me that it's time to head over there for a new review...
Where to buy Live Blue Crabs?
Sorry if this info is too late for the crabfest, but...
I'd say the best bet for the price is in Chinatown. There's a huge indoor crab and lobster market on Lafayette between Canal and Broome...
And then there's always the popular tourist favorites - the outdoor fish markets on Canal between Mulberry and Mott. They usually have bluecrabs as well.

great photos! if only there were a good place to get Dduk (Tteok, or whoever it should be spelled in English) here on the east coast. There used to be a few decent places in Flushing Queens, but not any more. I recently discovered the upscale dduk chain, Howondong in the Galleria market, on my last trip to LA, and had the best Injulmee ever. Ever.
