No Substitutions For You!

i went to a restaurant recently that also has a no substitutions policy. Fine, no problem. I ordered one of their hamburgers that has mustard as an condiment (not listed mind you, i asked) anyway, i inquired if it was possible to omit the mustard. i was told no. Ok, i inquired if i can have the mustard on the side...they said yes. You figure that one out!

Passover 5770 (2010) ~ Seders and other menus

Serving lamb on Passover is a funny topic for me. Every year on cooking websites when they post menu ideas for Passover there is undoubtedly a recipe included for leg of lamb...which is not a kosher cut of meat. which is weird because all other parts of the lamb is kosher including the shank...which is part of the leg, no? strange!
