My mom makes one of my favorite side dishes. Zucchini with dill. It is almost like a soup because she boils it in broth and then sprinkles it with lots of dill. Yummm

With a spoon... i cut it in half and sprinkle in some salt adn a touch of lime juice and then eat it with a spoon. I have an unhealthy addiction to this good fat food :)
