Cary/Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina- TELL ME your secrets!

You have to get some barbecue! Allen & Sons in Chapel Hill and The Pit in Raleigh are both solid, though I'm partial (due to my long history with them) to Ole' Time in Raleigh. Also, hitting up a Char-Grill is a must!

I bought a weber smokey mountain last summer, and have started to perfect my Eastern NC style pulled pork. Two weeks ago I smoked two butts overnight and they came out beautifully. Pulled away with ease!
