My favorite bread to bake by far is chocolate chip bread. It's hard to beat the smell of melty chocolate chips cooking inside chocolatey bread.

I gotta have a dip--ranch, marinara, spicy nacho cheese, butter, wing sauce... At first it was just to moisten the crust. Now it's nearly each bite. For shame.
In high school it was socially acceptable to coat your slice in the cafeteria's ranch dressing and eat it with a knife and fork. I was never able to recreate their creamy buttermilky ranch recipe. :(
