Fresh sliced mozzarella, roasted red peppers, chicken, fresh basil, and pesto on sourdough bread. Brushed with garlic and rosemary infused olive oil and a few turns of fresh cracked pepper. Doesn't get much better!
My late father-in-law. He was a fantastic cook, and made great sausage as well.
I have a small potager with lots of mint, so I'm looking forward to trying this recipe!

Favorite grilling sauce is Veri Veri Teriyaki by Soy Vay. Good on beef, chicken...Even though it's the same sauce, it makes the proteins taste different.
I love using lemon-pepper. It works on chicken, steak and grilled veggies.
