Fresh sliced mozzarella, roasted red peppers, chicken, fresh basil, and pesto on sourdough bread. Brushed with garlic and rosemary infused olive oil and a few turns of fresh cracked pepper. Doesn't get much better!

Favorite grilling sauce is Veri Veri Teriyaki by Soy Vay. Good on beef, chicken...Even though it's the same sauce, it makes the proteins taste different.
