Cook the Book: The Serious Eats Chocolate Lover's Library
One of my favorites is a fairly basic black bean chili, only I add a huge heaping tablespoon full of Hershey's Special Dark cocoa. You can't actually taste the chocolate, but it adds depth to the other hot and savory spices. People go nuts for it!
If I want sweet chocolate, nothing beats Nigella's chocolate gingerbread recipe from "Feast." Don't bother icing, no one has ever thought it really needed it.

I prefer milk chocolate - a very good quality one that blends a rich flavor with the silky texture I crave!
