Guest Bartender: Boston's Jackson Cannon Makes a Jack Rose

My last comment may have been too promotional with too many links. So I'll try again.

Perhaps one of the reasons this has become a lost classic is because applejack just isn't what it used to be. Laird's is the only game in town, and their standard bottling is cut with a staggering amount of grain neutral spirits.

There is a small distillery in upstate New York that is located on an apple orchard that is making delicious applejack. It's hard to find, but you can buy it online and have it shipped across the country.

It's Harvest Spirits Cornelius Applejack. And while I am a big fan and supporter of the distillery, I am not affiliated with them in any way.

Even better than the Lairds Bottled in Bond is the Harvest Spirits Cornelius Applejack. While it's produced by a craft distillery in upstate New York, it's available online and can be shipped to wherever it's legal to do such things.

Cheers.

They are good, just not that good. If Five Guys World Famous Burgers and Fries moved out West... they would crush In-N-Out. If you have tried them both, there is no question.
