In Follonica in Tuscany at a seaside "fisherman´s" restaurant. They use brown paper as the tablecloths and part of the area is open to the sea. A linguini with fresh mussels and clams, arugula, tomatoes, a good soaking of amazing olive oil and lemon squeezed on top....amazing.
