Watch Tennis at Bar/Restaurant?
Hello,
Anyone know a good bar or restaurant to watch Wimbledon tomorrow?
Thanks!

Out of curiosity, how do YOU tell someone they're a bad tipper. I would just come out and say it - maybe in a sort of joking way - but what would you do?
I've been getting cherries every week from my CSA, however I can't keep up with eating them, can anyone recommend what to make with them?
Thanks!
Nice tips, thanks! I might try a stew of some sort. The meat is somehow being preserved - I'm not exactly sure how. It was actually mailed to me with a strong guarantee that it's good to eat. I'm a little nervous, but really want to eat it. I'm sure it's great with bacon, isn't everything better with bacon?!
Geido sushi on Flatblush Ave. near Franny's and the old movie theatre is great. Pretty simple sushi, but really, really well done - and superior service and ambiance.
Baluchis Restaurant is kind of a staple. It's on Smith Street, not too close to BAM though unless you're driving.

MsFlux - There's a great recipe for brandied cherries in Wed's NYT. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/07/18/dining/18appe.html?_r=1&ref=dining&oref=slogin
They'll hold for at least a month in the fridge, and are wonderful on any dessert (and I imagine pork as well, but don't eat pig).
I like to store the pits temporarily until I can dispose of them in a suitable receptacle. The ideal storage bin? My intestines! Yep, I just swallow all the pits. I don't mind the slippery little guys going down, and have never had the least problem with that, even eating huge amounts of cherries. Although if you eat a pound or two, things can get a bit, er..., lumpy on the other side.
I've had Moose in Sweden a few times and I love it. I wish that I could get it where I live.
One thing to be aware of with moose meat is that it tends to be much leaner than beef, so it can dry out pretty quickly. So recipes involving liquid are good. Not that a good moose roast isn't worth the effort, because it is!
Caveat to the leaner issue: if the meat is ground, the preparer probably added fat back into the meat.
braised or in a stew would be good...I've had braised black bear, tasted like...well,. bear......
I second Taro Sushi. It's the only nonpizza restaurant recommendation that I ever ran on Slice.
There's a small place that's ok, not great. Mostly for takeout. Cheap and friendly though.
Fulton and Lafayette one block from the bam. menupages seems to have it summed up pretty well, but it has been (marginally) more hit than miss for me.
