My husband and i love to bbq and recently bought some beef ribs. I've only ever done the pork ones and so was wondering do you have to bake/grill beef ribs any longer than pork ribs? I usually brown my pork ribs for 1 hour then pour sauce over and bake another hour or two with lid on the roaster. What about your favorite sauces, marinades or rubs...
