The only way cheeseburger pizza should be done is with a ground beef topping that gets seared in the oven, a reasonable amount of cheddar in the cheese blend, and some toppings like tomato, onion, bacon, etc. No lettuce. No ketchup, mustard, etc. Just pizza toppings that suggest a burger. (The cheddar is a welcome part of new england greek pizza anyway).
her last comment is priceless
yeah, its a blatant ripoff of in and out, but if you don't trademark your product in china, and don't have any business presence there or plans to expand there, I'm not sure you can really complain.
The Unos comment shows how this article was poorly thought out and researched. Too bad.
I would love to see one of the skilled chefs around here put together a really good stuffed crust pizza.
They going to provide this at their stores? I'd at least try it
this is the sort of thing I did and still would go to town on with a bunch of friends whilst intoxicated
Home run inn is my favorite too. Definitely a 'richer' pie though, it's not light by any means.
It's sold at Harris Teeter.
Haha I also came here to post "pepe's is overrated". I grew up in CT and want a list of places to hit in the southwest area before I go home that ARENT pepes or sally's. I grew up on Westport Pizza (solid), and plan to at least go to zuppardis this christmas. Any other must visits? I don't want to go much further north than New Haven.
People in the other thread said they would prefer 5 guys. I don't love five guys, would love to give this a try and see if I prefer it ... anyone been to the northern VA locations?
Well, best pizza for visitors is different ... I think I'd rather send someone to Chi to sample the various spots than new haven, just cause there's a lot more to Chicago than new haven
mrchanello hasn't favorited a post yet.
