For a complete menu I would choose the Classic; for a single item I think the cornbread dressing with pecans and bacon sounds delicious.

Cornbread stuffing with pecans and bacon makes me starting salivating like Pavlov's dog. Shameful I know but thats one of the things about the holidays...I try to make it a guilt-free period of the year. After all, we have 10 other months to feel guilty and whip ourselves into shape. :)
