We didn't cook from scratch much when I was a kid, but a favorite childhood food memory is baking Bundt cakes with my mom. We would make them out of Bundt cake mixes (remember those?) That was one of the first things I learned to bake. Those were the good old days.

One time I BBQd several burgers and put them on a plate on a picnic table. I ran inside for just a minute to get the other food, and when I came out the burgers were already gone! The dog had jumped onto the picnic table and helped herslef to the entire plate of burgers!

It depends on the seafood. My favorite is usually grilled or sauteed, but also love smoked, steamed, fried, baked, etc! I also don't like thick sauces or heavy batters, and prefer fresh herbs and good seasonings.
