this might sound uber-gross, but my dad eats cottage cheese with kraft catalina dressing on top. with ground black pepper on top of that. i LOVE it that way too. has to be catalina.

zOMG. thank the lord. i grew up in SE wisconsin (racine, home of wells brothers), chicago gal now, and i CANNOT get a good thin crust in this town!
it's a change for the better i say. good deep dish good...REALLY GOOD, but there is so many amatures around this city!

the poppy seeded, kind of damp bun (it's gotta be steamed you know) the snap of the vienna beef, the crunch of the dill pickle spear, the tang of mustard, the zing of the onion, the sweetness of the tomato, the look of joy mixed with horror when you see the neon green, glow in the dark vienna brand relish, the punch from the sport peppers and the "just can't place it" taste of the final shake of celery salt.
