Served: My First Restaurant Job

As a former Hoboken resident, and someone who only visited Wolfgang Puck Express on one occasion, it humors me to read this account of the restaurant. It was obvious to me when I first arrived in Hoboken in the fall season of 2003 that the restaurant was doomed to fail.

Rent is extremely expensive for a location right by the pier overlooking the NYC skyline, and the restaurant just always seemed to be empty.

A sub-par dining experience on my first venture into the "restaurant" is probably a good sign that others may have had the same kind of experience.

I too, was not surprised when I found that it was gone.
