can i substitute semi sweet for unsweetened chocolate
my recipe calls for 2 squares unsweetened chocolate,2T butter, 4T milk, 1-1/2 C powdered sugar. how can i adjust recipe to use semi-sweet chocolate?

my husband brought home a prime rib with only a very small portion of fat cap. how much will this affect taste, rosting of meat?

i had that same question a couple of years ago. it is the same. be sure to check with meat thermometer. i'm pretty sure i roasted in separate pans for better air circulation.
