Critic-Turned-Cook Mulls Question: Worst Meal Ever?
That's funny. My worst meal ever was also pizza in France. This one night in Paris, we were out late and missed dinner. On our way home we found the last open restaurant and ordered pizza. I think we came in too close to closing for the waiter's liking so he was very rude. He just plopped the pizza on the table, wouldn't bring us water, etc. And the pizza was worse. It was literally a puddle of grease. And the wine tasted exactly like I imagine paint thinner would. In defense of French pizza, most of it was the best pizza I've had anywhere because it's cheese and bread--two things the French do well!
Valentine's Day Giveaway: Peanut Butter & Co. Chocolate Hearts
Anything with salty mixed in. So chocolate with peanut butter is awesome. Or chocolate covered pretzels or nuts. And I've been seeing lots of salted caramel chocolates recently. Yummy!

If you want to see something funny, look at their Yelp reviews. They've posted a bunch of five star reviews about themselves. And you can tell it's them because they either have only one review or they have like 2 other reviews--and those are one star reviews for Umami, Father's Office, and Golden State saying things like, "Burger Kitchen is WAY better."
