I'd stay in the US and make the rounds of the different regional styles of BBQ.
OK, I'd head to Jamaica first for Jerk Chicken although I question whether it would be considered true BBQ by our US standards.
I would stay in America but I would love to go to Texas for one of their great BBQ's
