flourless chocolate cakelettes... I always make these for christmas dinner and when they first emerge from the oven they are these deliciously crispy little cakes with ooey gooey chocolate centers... when they cool, they have the feel of truffles and taste just as good, if not better. (usually they don't survive to cooling tho)

Cook the Book: 'Bobby Flay's Burgers, Fries & Shakes'

My favorite burger from recent times is a buffalo chicken burger - ground chicken breast (i ground it myself to guarantee yumminess), celery, green onions, some spices, some bbq sauce, breadcrumbs... brush on some more bbq sauce, grill, and serve with blue cheese, tomato slices, and lettuce. Absolute heaven. I had this twice in one week.
