I would love to dine with Kelly Ripa. She's so funny and down to earth.
We would eat some healthy, tropical, sort of nouvelle cuisine-type dish, like fish steamed in a banana leaf with interesting vegetables. And dessert would be mini lemon tarts or something like that! :D

@Carosone,

That's exactly how I feel. I'm really happy for this lady, but I'm not sure I'd consider this a "real" recipe.

It's a draw between my mom's chocolate chocolate chip cake and David Leibovitz's chocolate-covered caramel matzoh crunch. So different and so delicious! I'd go for both right now. :)

I can't believe she won for hiding a ball of peanut butter in a peanut butter cookie. They must be good... I might just have to run with her idea. Off the top of my head i got: Listerine strips, Junior Mints, Sour patch kids, Andes mints (the free ones at Luby's), MSG, Flintstone vitamins, Grape Dimetapp, the same dough that you're wrapping it in, sunflower seeds, granola bar, assorted starbursts, maybe an air cookie, Rolos, sweet and sour duck sauce, and a tryptophan cookie.... I'm sure they'll all taste horrible but one might be a winner!

My Korean wedding banquet. OK, she had help, but I know her food and her organizational skills and so I can confidently say, she prepared this meal. And it was amazing and I will always remember it.

Mom rarely puts her heart into cooking. About twenty years ago, though, she prepared meat fondue -- that was great fun! And most memorable. Loved cooking my beef and chicken in the hot oil at the table. She also allowed all of us to make our own assortment of dipping sauces. My brother mixed grape jelly with godknowswhat. We all laughed. It's a shame we never had it again.

Her cooking and baking was so phenomenal, it's impossible to choose. She was always trying new recipes, especially from Julia and Jacques. I loved her pies and gratins.
