I love Smitten Kitchen, it is truly a source of inspiration on a very regular basis! It was fabulous when Deb from Smitten visited Ree's Ranch as it provided some very interesting recipes on both sites.

Win Tickets to an NYC Advance Screening of 'Julie and Julia'

The cookbook that has most inspired me would definitely be Sunday Suppers at Lucques by Suzanne Goin. This was not one of the books that I began cooking with, but rather the book that I turned to when I wanted to learn how to make more complex and exciting dishes. It is still a source of inspiration - especially those Pork Burgers!

Cook the Book: 'Modern Spice'

I would love to learn more about Indian Cooking and particularly the very type of Indian that Bhide espouses: inspired by traditional recipes and ingredients but with a fresh and modern twist!

Washington Square CSA?

I participated in the Washington Square CSA last year and plan on doing so again this year. That said, it is not the most professionally run CSA in the city by far. In fact I believe the person who runs it is actually a volunteer.

I thought about switching to a different CSA this year but everywhere else was a good bit more expensive. I don't think there is any full time staff, maybe that's how they keep down costs. So if you've sent a check and haven't heard back, maybe wait it out a bit longer?

Good luck!
